1. Tournament Entry Fees

Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has begun. If a tournament is canceled by Ludo Origin, entry fees will be refunded to your account balance.

2. Game Credits

Purchased game credits are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors that prevent you from using the credits.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue during a game that results in a loss, you may submit a refund request within 24 hours. Each case will be reviewed individually.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account, please contact our support team immediately.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Ludo Origin reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion, even in situations not covered by this policy.
