REFUND POLICY

1. GAME STAKES
Once a game starts, stakes are non-refundable. The outcome is determined by gameplay.

2. FAILED DEPOSITS
If a deposit was charged but not credited to your wallet, please contact support with your transaction reference. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours.

3. WITHDRAWALS
Withdrawal requests are processed in real time. Once a transfer is initiated, it cannot be reversed.

4. DISPUTES
